Maytag Offers New Tech in Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher Series
Maytag has launched two new appliance series - a dishwasher and laundry pair – featuring upgraded technology features designed to facilitate easier and faster cleaning.
The Maytag Dishwasher with Dual Power Filtration is designed to eliminate the need to pre-rinse, soak, or scrub dishes before the dishwasher cycle. The Dual Power Filtration system combines a microfiltration system and a four-blade stainless steel chopper, which filter and disintegrate food particles. Additional features include the “PowerBlast” cycle, a combination of high-pressure jets, high water temperatures and hot steam to scour particles, and a PowerDry cycle option, which uses a fan to remove humid air.
The Extra Power feature of the Maytag Top Load Washer with Extra Power Button provides hot and cold water cycles in a single load, “taking the guesswork” out of stain removal, according to the manufacturer. On the dryer, the Extra Power button provides extra drying power and time for thicker fabrics.
The Dual Power Filtration is available on four new dishwasher models in white, black, or stainless steel finishes, depending on the model. The Extra Power Button is available on five new washers and four new dryers, available in white or metallic slate finishes, depending on the model.
