KitchenAid brand earned the third spot on the 2021 Prophet Brand Relevance Index®, a ranking of the most relevant global brands based on consumer feedback.
Prophet’s Brand Relevance Index® measures brands across four principles: customer obsession, ruthless pragmatism, pervasive innovation and distinctive inspiration.
Prophet surveyed more than 13,000 consumers throughout the U.S. to discover which of 228 brands are the most indispensable in their lives. KitchenAid, ranked as best in “lives up to its promises,” landed in the No. 3 position, jumping up three spots from No. 6 in 2019.
The brand is always focused on delivering exceptional performance that makers need with the finely-crafted design they desire.
